Strong candidates get noticed fast here, and this role comes with real visibility into our manufacturing operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform Quality Control testing on in-process and finished products, generating data that directly informs production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment — adhering to all EHS policies and
ISO 45001
requirements. Provide coverage support across shifts when needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Demonstrated experience in chemical analysis or a quality laboratory environment. Ability to read, interpret, and act on technical data and test results. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication — you document things right the first time. Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed. Comfortable working in an industrial lab environment: moving equipment, temperature variation, occasional exposure to chemicals, and PPE requirements. Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Preferred — Candidates With These Rise to the Top Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field. Associate's degree or technical school diploma in chemical process or chemical engineering technology.
Familiarity with quality management systems:
IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO
45001, or VDA 6.3. Prior experience in an automotive, polymer, or specialty chemicals manufacturing environment.
