Qualifications & Experience Desired:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field Current certification as MLT (ASCP) or MT/MLS (ASCP) or equivalent State licensure, if required 1+ year of recent laboratory or hospital experience preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests accurately and efficiently Operate and maintain sophisticated medical laboratory equipment Ensure rigorous compliance with quality control, safety, and documentation standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize patient outcomes Troubleshoot technical issues, assist with training, and contribute to laboratory process improvement
