United States Responsibilities:

Prepare, weigh, measure, and mix dyes and chemicals according to formulation instructions and quality standards Perform mathematical calculations to ensure accurate dye percentages and chemical usage Set up, operate, and maintain dyeing machines, spectrophotometers, and laboratory equipment Read, interpret, and document spectrophotometer readings with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with developing and adjusting lab formulas using color matching software and existing research data Enter dye percentage and formulation data into automated laboratory and color computer systems Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and production documentation Monitor chemical inventory levels and maintain adequate laboratory supplies Retrieve color folders, organize lab materials, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment Provide cross-coverage for additional laboratory duties during team absences or vacations Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with workplace safety and chemical handling standards Perform additional duties as assigned by management Why This Role?
