How you'll contribute: An Medical Lab Technician Lead who excels in this role: Performs procedures in assigned sections for patients of all age groups. Assumes responsibility for accurate test results based on independent judgment, proper use, and maintenance of equipment. Assists manager/supervisor with correlation, validation, verification, and troubleshooting. Assists manager/ supervisor with section development, documents, and records. Maintains adequate stock of supplies. Maintains work area in a safe, aseptic and organized manner. Minimum Work Experience:

5 years in clinical specialty, 1 year previous Lead Tech or management experience (Preferred) 10 years in clinical specialty (Preferred) More about
