Analytical Lab Technician NXP Semiconductors - 3.9 Austin, TX Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications Safe work practices Laboratory safety Hazmat Laboratory techniques Data interpretation Cleanroom Chemical analysis Full Job Description NXP is seeking a highly motivated Night Shift Analytical Lab Technician to join the Physical Analysis Labs team at our ATMC (Ed Bluestein) site. This team plays a critical role in ensuring manufacturing excellence by maintaining quality control over a diverse range of chemicals, monitoring contamination on wafers and in the ambient environment, and supporting failure analysis investigations to determine root causes. Our team values accountability, diligence, and pride in delivering high-quality results. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy, manage daily responsibilities independently, and grow professionally through mentorship from experienced engineers and chemists within the semiconductor manufacturing field. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred, with a strong foundation in general chemistry Prior experience in a chemistry laboratory environment required Ability to work effectively in both wet lab and cleanroom environments Hands-on experience with a wide range of analytical instrumentation and techniques Familiarity with process control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is preferred Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions Demonstrated ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals in a controlled environment Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proven reliability and dependability in a critical operations role Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision Strong commitment to always maintaining a safe work environment This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes while developing technical expertise in a collaborative and high-performance environment. #LI-DNI
