This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment, values punctuality, and can adapt to the rhythm of a busy medical clinic. Key Responsibilities Assist the Practitioner with diagnostic equipment during patient visits. Collect, label, and manage genetic samples in accordance with clinical protocols. Provide a welcoming, supportive experience for patients to ensure comfort and trust. Maintain accurate records and support daily clinic operations. Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards. Qualifications Prior experience in a medical office, clinic, or laboratory preferred. Working knowledge of basic medical terminology and patient care procedures. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members. Willingness to learn and operate diagnostic equipment (training provided). What We're Looking For Punctuality
