Job Description

Western Material & Design is a family-owned company that specializes in toll blending and rapid setting concrete. Our services shape highways, bridges, interstates, and other critical infrastructure all over the country.
Duties:
Quality Control Research & Development Performing concrete laboratory tests on construction materials Specimen preparation Data entry Assisting with field work and other laboratory functions when needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, for short durations Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written formats Working proficiency in basic mathematics Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Working in a team environment maintaining a clean and organized laboratory Also, ability to work independent of supervision
Preferred:
Concrete testing experience ACI certifications Quality Control experience
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
