What We Offer Weekly pay of $20.00 per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Get weekends off Overtime available Weekly Pay Compounder Tasks & Duties Perform routine laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses under the supervision of senior scientists or lab managers. Prepare, label, and organize samples, reagents, and solutions for testing. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment such as balances, pH meters, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and microscopes. Collect and record data accurately in laboratory notebooks, databases, or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines. Assist in quality control and assurance testing to ensure product or material compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals and biological waste. Compounder Shift Info Day Shift, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm Monday - Saturday Compounder Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Compounder experience preferred GED / High School Diploma Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Prior laboratory experience preferred (academic, research, manufacturing, or quality control environment). Knowledge of general laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and follow detailed instructions. Basic understanding of scientific principles and data analysis. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and laboratory software (LIMS or similar). Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new techniques and equipment. Apply today!
