Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to support scientists and engineers in the development, testing, and commercialization of new products and processes. This role involves conducting laboratory experiments, operating and maintaining testing equipment, documenting results, and ensuring laboratory operations are performed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures while supporting research and product development activities. Key Responsibilities Support chemists, scientists, and engineers in laboratory-based research and development activities. Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment and testing apparatus. Execute laboratory testing and experimental procedures according to established SOPs. Collect, record, and document test data, observations, and results accurately. Perform calibration, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory instruments. Maintain laboratory notebooks, logs, and technical documentation. Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, consumables, and laboratory supplies. Assist with ordering materials and maintaining stock levels. Communicate test results, equipment issues, and observations to technical leaders and scientists. Follow all laboratory safety protocols and participate in safety and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate effectively with laboratory team members to support project objectives. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience. Experience operating laboratory equipment and conducting laboratory testing. Ability to follow written procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Strong documentation and data-recording skills. Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory Technology, or a related scientific field. Experience in chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, materials testing, environmental, or quality control laboratory environments. Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and chemical handling procedures. Experience supporting R&D, product development, or technical service activities. Pay:
