6 Months (Possible extension)
Pay Rate:
$21.00 - $23.00/hour on W2 (Based on experience) Schedule 12-hour shifts
Rotation:
7 Days On / 2 Days Off, then 7 Nights On / 4 Days Off Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts. Job Summary Perform quality assurance testing on company products. Prepare laboratory reports before field operations. Assist with additive selection and fluid design. Maintain laboratory equipment and cleanliness. Follow safety (HSE) procedures and wear required PPE. Support technical teams and maintain accurate documentation. Experience Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced laboratory technicians. Education High School Diploma or Associate Degree (Minimum) Bachelor's Degree in a Science/Technical field (Preferred) NEST training in Kellyville, OK. Additional Information Local Midland/Odessa candidates are strongly preferred. If non-local / rotator, company-provided accommodation (Man Camp) and reimbursed mileage may be possible.
