Exciting Opportunity for a Water Chemistry-Focused Lab Chemist / Technician in Odessa, TX! Join our team in Odessa, Texas, as a Lab Chemist / Technician and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role offers a 7/7 rotation, working 12-hour shifts over an initial 12+ months, with the chance to grow your career in water chemistry analysis and laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform water chemistry testing and analysis with precision Prepare samples, operate lab equipment, and record results accurately Maintain safety and quality standards in the lab Collaborate on troubleshooting and optimizing testing procedures
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of chemistry and water chemistry testing Experience with water sample preparation and analysis Proficiency with lab instruments and safety protocols Attention to detail and effective communication Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience in water treatment or industrial lab settings Familiarity with lab software and certifications like
OSHA Preferred Education & Experience:
High school diploma; technical or water chemistry certifications preferred Prior water chemistry or industrial lab experience highly desirable Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts
