Motivated individuals who loves to interact with people and help them by providing necessary screening services, read on. We're looking for a Lab Clinic Technician to join our team. Our mission is to train you in our way of delivering the best customer experience to our clients. This role will help us deliver consistent five-star service to our growing customer base. We're successful when our team is successful.

Fastest Labs is one of the most rapidly growing franchise businesses in the country and quickly becoming the 'go to' place for rapid drug, alcohol, and DNA testing. Our aim is to have our clients seen quickly in a clean and welcoming environment. Our business is expanding and we are looking for someone to join our Fastest Labs family.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Answering phones and responding to inquiries about our services Greeting people and checking them in upon arrival to our brick and mortar office location(s) Taking payments Collecting samples for rapid and/or lab-based drug, alcohol, or DNA tests Following precise protocols for collecting samples and completing tracking documentation
Including:
Taking detailed phone messages Returning phone calls and following up with online appointment requests Email communication Using computers and computer tablets The ability to work independently Working with non-hazardous biological samples Potentially working out of the office at onsite collection locations As well as supporting tasks such as: Maintaining office tidiness Replenishing marketing materials throughout the office Stocking "go" kits for onsite testing Ability to lift 20 lbs. of supplies as needed. This describes who you are:
You have an interest in learning new skills and have a dynamic personality. You are skilled in thinking quickly and in customer service . You have hands-on experience and knowledge working with computers and telephonic communications. You are willing to commit to working 20 hours per week either in an office location or onsite at client locations based on business requirements. You are known for your ability to put people at ease and explain things clearly . You thrive in environments where you can work independently and collaborate with others as necessary. You like processes and procedures and you like to follow them. In an ideal world, you have: Experience working with people from various backgrounds and cultures. A valid driver's license , clean driving record, and a vehicle that is well-maintained and you are able to drive it to/from work and to onsite client locations. Proficiency in telephone communications , note taking, computer skills. Are willing and able to go through training to become certified in sample collections according to our processes and procedures. Speak and read English fluently. Strong attention to detail. A curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset. Bonus if you are bi-lingual in English and Spanish. The position is NOT for you if: You don't like to speak on the phone and you are not detail oriented. You are unable to, or do not like to, work independently. You don't have a valid driver's license and a car in good working order. Your schedule is not flexible to work on our required schedule. You are unable to work in various locations throughout Prince William County, Fairfax County, and environs. You are not able to easily distinguish colors as part of a rapid-screen system.
The fine print:
This is a part-time position that is in-person in either our offices or in our clients' facilities. Our regular business hours are Monday
  • Friday from 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM. Our onsite hours are based on client needs which may be outside of the 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Monday-Friday as noted above.
Salary range is:
$16
  • 18 per hour .
No experience in lab testing is required. We provide all necessary training and certifications .
Vacation policy:
Because this is a part-time position, we do not offer a vacation policy. Our business is closed on most Federal holidays. There is potential for extended hours based on business needs as we grow. Both our Springfield and Centreville offices are spacious and newly renovated.
