The IT Department is seeking a work study eligible student to fill the role of IT Student Assistant. The Information Technology Student Assistant provides technical support services to students and maintains computer lab operations. This position offers hands-on experience applying classroom learning in a real-world IT environment while developing practical skills in computer maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service. Students will review best practices in a variety of areas beginning with basic IT processes and have opportunities to gain new skills beyond what may be available in class time.
