Medical Lab Technician (MLT) - Casual

Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a casual Medical Lab Technician (0.0 FTE) to join our Laboratory. The Medical Lab Technician would be responsible for obtaining lab samples, performs accurately and efficiently all ordered lab work. All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.

Minimum Qualifications :

Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technician from an accredited institution Certification from Board of Registry from ASCP or NCA for MLT or CLT - If not certified, will need to gain certification with 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business and patient information Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills Working knowledge of electronic medical records Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
