Job Description

Key Responsibilities Specimen Processing & Laboratory Support Perform specimen accessioning, processing, sample racking, and laboratory support functions. Utilize laboratory automation systems and equipment to support workflow efficiency. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and perform routine maintenance activities. Handle, process, and dispose of specimens according to laboratory procedures and safety requirements. Ensure specimen integrity and accurate sample handling throughout the process. Documentation & Compliance Follow all Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Complete required laboratory documentation accurately and on time. Support laboratory inspections, audits, SOP development, and compliance initiatives. Follow all laboratory safety regulations and procedures. Continuous Improvement Participate in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives. Support departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives. Assist with operational excellence programs and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with leadership on individual development goals and performance objectives. Teamwork & Professionalism Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented laboratory environment. Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills. Support employee engagement and team morale initiatives. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Skills & Competencies (Preferred) Specimen Processing Laboratory experience Associates or bachelors in a related science Sample Handling Data Entry & Documentation Quality Assurance Collaborative is an equal opportunity employer.
