Days Off Job Overview:
Seeking a Laboratory Technician to support food safety, quality control, and laboratory testing operations within a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine lab testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products Conduct product analysis and document accurate test results Monitor/calibrate laboratory instruments and perform minor troubleshooting Maintain laboratory records, SOPs, and compliance documentation Support food safety and quality assurance initiatives Assist with inspections, experiments, and operational testing Follow safety and regulatory procedures
Required Skills:
Laboratory testing or quality control experience preferred Food manufacturing background is a plus Strong documentation and communication skills Instrument calibration & troubleshooting knowledge Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable in hot/dusty manufacturing environments
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods Comfortable climbing/crawling when needed Able to work in temperatures up to 110°F occasionally
Preferred Background:
Experience in Food Lab / QA / QC environments Familiarity with SOPs, food safety, and compliance standards IND_
NIT Pay:
$20.00•$25.00 per hour
