Schedule:
1st shift, Monday-Friday | Rare weekend overtime

Medical, Dental, Vision | 401(k) | PTO (grows with tenure + perfect attendance bonuses) Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Direct hire — not a temp role What You'll Do As our Lab Technician, you'll be at the heart of our quality and manufacturing operations, keeping our chemical processes running at spec and our product quality uncompromised. Test and analyze chemical baths and solutions to verify composition and concentration Monitor process chemistry and recommend bath adjustments, chemical additions, or changes Perform cross-sectioning of printed circuit boards and analyze samples under microscope Evaluate manufacturing process quality through both qualitative and quantitative analysis Investigate nonconforming products and support root cause resolution Maintain accurate lab records and update the laboratory analysis database Advise production personnel on proper process parameters Support waste treatment operations in accordance with procedures
What We're Looking For Required:
Strong math skills and attention to detail Ability to follow procedures accurately and document results precisely Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); ability to learn proprietary software Must be a U.S. Person under
ITAR/EAR
regulations (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, refugee/asylee status) Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen Preferred (but we'll train the right person): Experience in a metals, plating, chemical, or manufacturing lab environment Background in quality control, process chemistry, or chemical analysis Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field — OR equivalent hands-on experience PCB or electronics manufacturing experience a plus Cross-sectioning experience a plus (will train internally) Growth Opportunity This opening exists because our current Lab Technician is being promoted into our Engineering department.
