Lab Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to perform quality control (QC) lab testing on solvent and water-based inks. This role involves working with customer samples to ensure products meet specific color matching requirements. Responsibilities Conduct QC lab testing on solvent and water-based inks. Work with customer samples to color match products. Perform color matching to meet customer specifications. Collect and test samples from production to confirm they meet specifications. Essential Skills Experience in a laboratory setting. Proficiency in quality control procedures. Knowledge of wet chemistry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree in chemistry or other related fields. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lisbon, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
