Lab Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to perform quality control (QC) lab testing on solvent and water-based inks. This role involves working with customer samples to ensure products meet specific color matching requirements. Responsibilities Conduct QC lab testing on solvent and water-based inks. Work with customer samples to color match products. Perform color matching to meet customer specifications. Collect and test samples from production to confirm they meet specifications. Essential Skills Experience in a laboratory setting. Proficiency in quality control procedures. Knowledge of wet chemistry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Background in chemistry. Work Environment The role operates within a QC and color lab, as well as an office area for administrative tasks. The position is a first shift role, running Monday through Friday, with a start time between 7:30 or 8:00 am and ending between 4:00 or 4:30 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lisbon, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
