Estimated Hours:

36/48 (Full rotation; including rotating weekends)

Shifts:

Both days and nights available

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of on site HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or the administrative supervision of the HSC Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical conditions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
