Brief Overview Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )
Shift:
Day Shift (7AM-3PM) |
Full-Time Pay Range:
$23.50-$30.00/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $12,000

Position Overview:
Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) - Day Shift As a Day Shift LPN, you will provide direct nursing care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting while supporting resident recovery and maintaining high clinical standards. You'll work closely with RNs, providers, CNAs, and therapy teams to ensure quality outcomes and a safe, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document residents' health status, including vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN or physician. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support residents' recovery goals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families. Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. BLS/CPR certification required.
