LPN 7 on and 7 off Night Shift

Sign on Bonus for Evening Shift. New pay rate. Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

Hours:

2:00 pm to 12:30 am Ensure resident safety Manage and coordinate resident care and nursing personnel on a designated unit Provide resident care Pass Medications Make dressing changes Take physician's orders Put orders in the computer Assist with Admissions Communicate with physicians, resident's sponsors, and/or family members as needed Other duties as assigned
