Job Description

Position
  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Location
  • Gardendale, AL Duration Of Conatrct
  • 8•10 Weeks Shift Details•2 PM•10:30 PM and 10:30 PM•7 AM (Both Shifts are available) No Of Hours Per Week•40.

  • Every other weekend required to work.
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients/residents by collecting vital data, observing their condition, and reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Support the development and implementation of individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and carry out treatments as prescribed by physicians. Supervise, guide, and ensure quality care provided by unlicensed support staff.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing. Active LPN license from the State Board of Nursing, or eligibility for licensure. Current BLS/CPR certification is required for skilled nursing centers or as mandated by state regulations for assisted living facilities.
