Gardendale, AL Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patients' health status and vital signs. Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care. Communicate patient updates to the healthcare team and family members. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with care plans.
