36 Hours/Week Position Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care during night shifts, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support the nursing team in delivering safe and effective healthcare services. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes promptly Assist residents with daily care activities and support individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and electronic medical records Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Ensure compliance with infection control standards, patient safety guidelines, and facility policies Qualifications Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment Current BLS/CPR certification preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
