Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to residents in our Memory Care community. Pay commensurate with experience.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Provide family communication and support
- Administer injections and monitor patient responses
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient health records
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in medication administration
- Familiarity with ADPH protocols and procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate care to residents
