Join our team and support our on-site occupational health and wellness services in a large manufacturing facility in Montgomery, AL. What will you be doing in this role? Providing first aid treatment as appropriate to employees for both work and non-work-related injuries or illnesses Providing early intervention / ergonomic support to aid with the reduction of worker discomforts Performing pre-placement physical examinations including drug screens, hearing, and FIT testing Administering prevention measures such as flu shot clinics, vaccines, heat stress management, etc Supporting case management process Providing health advice, education, and support for chronic disease management Leading or participating in wellness activities such as health fairs and blood pressure checks Keeping accurate, detailed documentation related to injury reports and treatment notes Supporting safety team, as needed Other duties, as assigned This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job. Our ideal candidate will have:
