Position Overview:
LPN (Day Shift) As a Day Shift LPN , you'll provide direct nursing care, support resident recovery, and collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and therapy teams to ensure the highest standard of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. ✅
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Support rehabilitation goals alongside the therapy team Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulations Provide education and emotional support to residents and families Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in good standing Strong clinical and medication administration skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care BLS/CPR certification required
