POSITION SUMMARY

Assist the registered nurse and/or provider with data collection, appropriate medical interventions, and patient education. Perform these duties through teamwork, while exhibiting high customer service and patient safety.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education Graduate of an LPN school. Minimum Experience N/A Required Registration/License/Certification Licensed or eligible for licensing in the State of Alabama as

LPN. BLS

within 90 days of date of hire or transfer. Preferred Education N/A Preferred Experience Prior physician office experience. Preferred Registration/License/Certification IV Therapy Course/Training. Other Requirements N/A
