This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. The LPN will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories
  • Provide patient education and health counseling
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
  • Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
  • Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
