A CHARGE NURSES AT OAK MANOR NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RESIDENT DIRECT CARE WHICH INCLUDES
;
MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION, DOCUMENTATION USING AN ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD PROGRAM, COMMUNICATION WITH THE PHYSICIANS, R.N.S, FAMILY MEMBERS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF WHILE SUPERVISING CERTIFIED NURSE'S ASSISTANTS. COMPETITIVE STARTING SALARY WITH ADJUSTMENTS MADE BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
