Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your role will involve administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with patient assessments. Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
  • Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide education to patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
  • Assist with coding and documentation of patient records
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times
Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting as an LPN is preferred
  • Knowledge of acute pain management techniques
  • Proficiency in IV insertion procedures
Requirements:
Valid LPN license in Arkansas
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
