Job Description
Overview The Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physicians' practice.
Responsibilities:
Solicit information regarding the nature of the patients visit; observe and record vital signs Set up as directed for procedures and exams; assist physician as needed Perform EKGs, vision, and hearing screens, nebulizer treatments, change dressing, remove suture and staples as needed Perform lab tests as directedQualifications:
Graduation certificate from accredited LPN school of nursing 12- 18 months related experience and/or training LPN License Bilingual, preferred EMR Experience, preferred Prior Urgent Care experience, preferred About MANA Urgent Care MANA Urgent Care provides medical care to Northwest Arkansas seven days a week from 7 am to 7 pm at two locations in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
