What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care Administer medications and treatments with precision and care Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates to the care team Lead and support CNAs to ensure exceptional daily care Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance What Makes You a Great Fit Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Team-oriented with excellent communication skills A genuine passion for caring for seniors Long-term care experience is a plus (but we'll train the right person!)
