Assistant Director of Nursing (RN or LPN) The Springs of Greers Ferry | Full-Time | Salary Position The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. Position Overview:
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help plan, organize, and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Department. You'll ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and support the Director of Nursing and Administrator in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily nursing operations and supervising nursing staff Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to facility policies Oversee staff scheduling, evaluations, and training Participate in quality assurance programs and care plan reviews Support resident-centered care with an emphasis on safety, dignity, and excellence Serve as a clinical leader and role model for nursing staff
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Arkansas Previous leadership or ADON experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Commitment to providing high-quality care and supporting team development Ready to Take the Next Step?
