Now Hiring a MDS Coordinator Assistant•LPN with Long Term Care Experience to assist and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with current rules, policies, regulations, and guidelines that govern the resident assessment. Do YOU Qualify? Previous Long-Term Care Experience Must have an
LPN License Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform Administrative Duties Completing Medical Forms, Reports, Evaluations, Studies Assist and maintain ongoing quality assurance for the resident care plans Maintain an effective, and friendly working relationship with all health professionals, physicians, consultants, and governmental agencies that are involved with the resident assessment/care plan. Meet regularly with department supervisors concerning the assessment/care plan of patients. Attend and participate in annual OSHA and CDC in-service training programs for hazard communication, TB management, and blood borne pathogens standard. Attend and participate in continuing education programs designed to keep you informed of any changes in this profession, as well as to maintain your license. Patient Rights Functions Qualifications:
Current, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
