Job Description Job Description Sage Health is seeking a dependable and patient‑focused Float LPN to support three primary care clinics in the Little Rock area. This role is primarily clinic‑focused, with an emphasis on direct patient care, rather than administrative duties. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working across multiple sites (assigned one location per day, with schedules provided a week in advance). You'll play a key role in patient flow, clinical support, and team collaboration while also assisting in training and supporting Medical Assistants. Key Responsibilities

- Room patients and collect vitals
- Perform blood draws, screenings, and basic clinical procedures
- Provide direct patient care and follow-ups
- Triage patient calls and communicate with patients effectively
- Document accurately in Athena EMR
- Support and help train Medical Assistants
- Float between 3 clinic locations (within ~20 miles), based on weekly schedule

- Experience in direct patient care (primary care preferred)
- Strong skills in rooming patients, vitals, and patient interaction
- Comfortable performing blood draws and screenings
- Experience with EMR systems (Athena preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to triage patient calls
- Ability to float between multiple clinic locations Nice‑to‑Have Experience
- IV Therapy certification
- Experience working with geriatric populations
- Stability/longevity in prior roles (no job hopping) Experience training or mentoring Medical Assistants
