LPN Nightingale at Monticello 1194 North Chester Street, Monticello, AR 71655 Full-time Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nights 7p-7a The Woods, A Nightingale Community - Monticello, Arkansas Full-Time or Part-Time | 12Hour Night Shifts About Us The Woods, A Nightingale Community, is dedicated to providing compassionate, residentcentered care in a warm, supportive environment. We are seeking caring, dependable LPNs who take pride in their work and want to make a meaningful impact every shift. Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides highquality nursing care to residents in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards. This role is essential in supporting our residents' health, safety, and wellbeing during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and thrives in a teamfocused environment.
Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Every other weekend or alternative scheduling options available Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory guidelines Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN Supervisor or DON Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure highquality care Maintain infection control, safety, and compliance standards Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols Qualifications Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas Experience in longterm care or a healthcare setting preferred Strong communication, assessment, and criticalthinking skills Compassionate, patient, and committed to residentcentered care Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Reliable, professional, and dedicated to quality care Why Join The Woods?
