LPN
  • Outpatient Clinic (Day Shift, No Nights) Carriage Hill Family Care, PLC is a physician-owned primary care clinic in Paragould, Arkansas seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient team.
This role offers a predictable daytime schedule, no night shifts, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients in a primary care setting.
Compensation range:
$18.50
  • $20.
50 per hour depending on experience. Future pay increases occur as clinic responsibilities and experience grow. Many nurses transition to our clinic after working in hospitals or long-term care settings and appreciate the consistent schedule, outpatient workflow, and collaborative team environment.   • Friday 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM One Saturday clinic approximately every 6 weeks 9:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM Predictable daytime hours with no overnight shifts or rotating schedules.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Perform patient intake and basic triage for primary care visits Administer injections, vaccines, and medications according to provider orders Document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) Assist clinicians during patient visits Perform EKGs and other clinical procedures as trained Monitor labs, imaging results, and referrals to ensure follow-up Assist with preventive care visits and chronic disease management Provide patient education and care instructions Maintain exam room supplies and clinical inventory Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Current unrestricted Arkansas LPN license Current CPR Certification for Healthcare Providers Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a busy primary care clinic
Preferred:
