LPN Job Duties Include:

LPNs do 24 Hour Electronic Chart Check LPN will do Resident routine evaluations LPN's complete Hot Rack and Routine charting in Point Click Care LPN performs Medication Administration along with CMAs LPNs will Communicate with the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and DON as needed LPN's provide Supervision of CNA's LPN updates Individualized Care for the Residents Promenade Health and Rehab offers 401k to all staff. Company matches dollar for dollar up to the first 3% of annual salary then $.50/$1.00 for the next 2%.
