Job Description

LPN or RN Floor Nurse - Long Term Care Dardanelle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center | 2199 State Hwy 7 N, Dardanelle, AR 72834 Available Shifts Full time evenings Weekend option day shift 7AM-7PM with baylor pay, Weekend option night shift 7pm-7am.
LPN Starting Pay:
$26/hr
RN Starting Pay:
$28/hr We also offer tuition assistance for new nurses, and we will pay for you to take your NCLEX.

What You'll Do:
Deliver quality nursing care to residents in line with care plans, physician orders, and facility standards. Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time. Monitor residents' conditions, document changes, and report to supervisors and physicians. Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes. Promote compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
Current LPN or RN license in Arkansas (required). Long-term care experience preferred but not required — we'll support and train you. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
