7 pm - 7am Rotating Weekends What You'll Be Doing Providing compassionate care to our residents while ensuring their comfort and safety. Administering medications and monitoring vital signs. Assisting with daily living activities and fostering a supportive environment. Documenting patient care and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
