Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Summary Talantage is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing support services within public health clinics delivering reproductive health, immunizations, and preventive care. Essential Responsibilities Obtain vital signs and patient histories. Administer immunizations under appropriate supervision. Conduct pregnancy and STI testing. Provide patient education regarding reproductive health and disease prevention. Assist providers with examinations and treatments. Prepare examination rooms and medical supplies. Document patient care in the Electronic Health Record. Maintain patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Minimum Qualifications Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse License. Current CPR certification. Current TB screening and immunization records. Fingerprint Clearance Card. Seven-year criminal background clearance.
