Stillwater Hospice is seeking a compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Weekend Triage Nurse. Schedule Weekend position Consistent weekend hours Additional weekday opportunities may be available Responsibilities Respond to triage calls from hospice patients and families. Assess patient needs over the phone and determine appropriate interventions. Coordinate care with the hospice interdisciplinary team. Provide education, guidance, and emotional support to patients and caregivers. Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly. Escalate urgent clinical concerns as appropriate. Qualifications Current Arizona LPN license in good standing. Hospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to remain calm and compassionate in urgent situations.
