Position Overview:
Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed provider in an outpatient clinic environment. The LPN supports patient care delivery through clinical assistance, documentation, and adherence to established clinical protocols and safety standards. Why Join Us?

Qualifications:
Job qualifications & certifications: Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license valid in the assignment state Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification, if required by the client facility Prior experience in outpatient or clinic-based healthcare settings preferred Ability to meet all credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to start date This position is subject to all client and solicitation requirements, including verification of licensure, background screening, immunization compliance, and completion of facility onboarding prior to assignment.

Basic clinical nursing skills and patient monitoring Accurate clinical documentation and EHR usage Effective communication with patients and clinical teams Time management and ability to work in fast-paced clinic settings Professionalism, reliability, and adherence to clinical standards
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or licensed provider in accordance with clinic policies and scope of practice. Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical observations accurately in the electronic health record (EHR). Assist with examinations, treatments, and routine clinical procedures within LPN scope of practice. Administer medications and injections as permitted by licensure, standing orders, and clinic protocols. Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes or concerns to supervising clinical staff. Support infection control, safety standards, and clinic workflow by preparing exam rooms, maintaining supplies, and following established procedures. Deliver safe, respectful, and patient-centered care in a high-volume clinic environment Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and clinic privacy requirements Follow all clinical protocols, documentation standards, and supervisory guidance Perform additional duties as assigned that are consistent with licensure and clinic operation How to
