We are currently hiring LPN's to work on the floor. All shifts available. Choose the shift that works best for you. $7500 Sign-On Bonus (Available after 60 -day employment period has been reached). Full-time.

• Available shift: 6:00am-6:30pm and 6:00pm to 6:30am

DESCRIPTION

Makes rounds to evaluate status of residents and determine resource needs. Meets with members of the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate residents' care. Documents nursing activities accurately and in a timely manner. Communicates staffing problems and needs to the Director of Nursing (DON). Develops work assignment s for nursing assistants and other subordinate staff. Reports problems and complaints to the Nursing Manager. Provides feedback to nurse managers regarding performance of nursing assistants. Receives and provides end of shift report. Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.

REQUIREMENTS

Understanding of wearing PPE CPR Current TB test Fingerprint Clearance Card AZ State Nursing License Good communication skills Basic computer experience Ability to organize and prioritize with good interpersonal skills Must be able to work some weekends. Previous long term care experience a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right applicants.
