Chandler, AZ Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification LPN IV Certification Full Job Description Triage/Infusion LPN Join Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers as a Triage/Infusion IV Certified Float LPN and bring your expertise to a team that's redefining cancer care. We're looking for a motivated, compassionate, and professional LPN to join our team as a Triage/Infusion Float Nurse . In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patient care coordination and communication across our Chandler and East Valley Locations. Responsibilities Manage incoming patient calls and voicemails, providing timely and accurate triage support Document patient interactions thoroughly and accurately in medical records Assist physicians and nurses with care coordination and necessary documentation Obtain prior authorizations for oral chemotherapy medications Process prescription refills in collaboration with the Triage RN Schedule initial chemotherapy appointments following patient education Administer IV therapies (non-chemotherapy) as needed Communicate lab results (e.g., PT/INR) and provider instructions to patients Ideal Candidate Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Familiarity with: Chemotherapy drugs and oncology care (preferred) Diagnostic and radiation procedures (preferred) Medical coding (CPT, ICD, HCPCS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic systems Flexibility to travel between clinic locations Qualifications 2-3 years of LPN experience (oncology preferred, but not required) Graduate of an accredited LPN program Active Arizona LPN license (required) CPR certification (required) IV certification (preferred but not required) Make an Impact!
