Hospice LPN - Full-Time Goodyear, AZ & Surrounding Area Sign-On Bonus Available Are you an LPN who is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care? Join the Stillwater Hospice team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families every day. At Stillwater Hospice, we believe hospice is about dignity, comfort, and supporting patients where they feel most at home. We're looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse who values teamwork, autonomy, and delivering exceptional end-of-life care. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Day Shift Minimal on-call responsibilities Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes and care facilities. Monitor patient condition and report changes to the RN Case Manager and physician. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Educate patients and families on the hospice plan of care. Accurately document patient visits and interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to provide compassionate, individualized care. Qualifications Current Arizona LPN license in good standing. Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. CPR certification. Hospice, home health, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but compassionate nurses with transferable experience are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and organizational skills.
