Job Description

Long‑term care Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13‑week assignment near Holbrook, AZ. Provide high‑quality patient care, administer medication and IV therapy, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Earn competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high‑quality patient care to long‑term care residents, including medication administration, IV therapy, and monitoring health status Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in EMR systems Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety Execute procedures and interventions in accordance with facility protocols and certification standards Coordinate care transitions and communicate with family members Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning meetings Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Arizona AZ fingerprints and background clearance IV certification BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum of 1 year practical nursing experience in a long‑term care setting Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Strong clinical skills in IV therapy and resident care
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with dementia patients
