The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including long-term care facilities and short-term rehab units. This role requires a commitment to patient service, adherence to HIPAA regulations, and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team. The Nursing team will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and ensure a safe and clean environment. Requirements Certification as a Nurse with Arizona License by the Board of Nursing. Familiarity with systems used in patient care documentation. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
